Many art works by Walter Sarfatti are present in private collections in Europe, Asia, and the United States.

In 2007 two etchings were purchased by the Museum of Modern Art of Okinawa, Japan.

From 1974 to 1979 Walter Sarfatti collaborated in the production of twelve editions of original prints by Marino Marini.
